The Company
Our client, a leading global consumer brand, is seeking a Head of Business Development to drive growth and strengthen its presence in Vietnam.
Role & Responsibilities

Lead wholesale sales operations and manage key customer relationships.

Develop and execute sales strategies in line with regional direction.

Monitor and report performance against sales KPIs and budgets.

Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities.

Drive business development initiatives to expand market reach.

Recruit, manage, and develop the sales team to achieve business goals.
Requirements
-
University degree in Business, Management, Marketing, or related field.
-
10+ years of sales/retail experience, including at least 4 years in a leadership role.

Background in sports, FMCG, or consulting preferred.

Strong commercial acumen with proven key account management skills.

Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
-
Fluent English, with excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
