The Company:
Our client, a fast-growing technology company, is seeking a dynamic and entrepreneurial Head of Business Development Manager to drive growth in Vietnam. This is a strategic role working directly with the CEO and leadership team to scale a B2C platform in the local market.
Role & Responsibilities:

Own and deliver growth metrics across demand and supply, including lead generation, conversion, GMV, AOV, and repeat usage.

Design and implement scalable business development systems and processes to sustainably grow traction.

Build and launch initiatives to expand engagement on both the supply and demand sides of the platform.

Act as a key partner to the CEO, providing market insights and execution plans tailored for Vietnam.

Test, learn, and iterate quickly; execute with urgency and ownership in a fast-moving, early-stage environment.

Develop a deep understanding of supply–demand dynamics in the local market and translate insights into practical actions.

Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure alignment and successful go-to-market execution.
Requirements:

Proven experience in a B2C tech platform (e.g., marketplace, SaaS, app-based business).

Strong spoken English — clear, concise, and confident in direct communication with senior leaders.

Start-up builder mindset with high bias toward execution, iteration, and rapid learning.

Ability to thrive in ambiguity, take ownership, and deliver results with limited resources.

Strong understanding of local market dynamics with practical, market-driven insights.
Preferred Profile:
Entrepreneurial, execution-focused professionals with proven track record in building and scaling digital platforms.
