The Company: Our client is a global multinational corporation in FMCG consulting in Vietnam.
Role & Responsibilities:
• Cultivate strong client relationships, understand their business objectives, and collaborate on effective marketing strategies to ensure satisfaction.
• Lead, evaluate, and coach account managers, fostering a positive work environment and allocating resources efficiently.
• Develop marketing strategies aligned with client goals, conduct market research, collaborate on integrated campaigns, and monitor performance.
• Identify new opportunities, participate in pitches, cultivate industry contacts, and stay updated on trends for growth.
• Manage account budgets, monitor financial performance, and negotiate contracts with clients and vendors.
• Maintain effective communication, provide regular reports on account status, and present campaign strategies and results.
• Stay informed on marketing trends, apply industry knowledge to develop innovative solutions for clients.
Qualifications:
• Minimum 10 years of senior-level experience within an FMCG consulting or intermediary partner.
• Strong ability to engage and influence cross-functionally, particularly with multiple FMCG brand teams and procurement departments.
• Background in Print / POSM / Merch management preferred.
• Proven track record of driving revenue growth and margin enhancement.
• Excellent communication skills in both Vietnamese and English.
• Strong project management skills.
• Ability to understand and navigate cultural differences.
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to present solutions effectively.
• Team player with leadership qualities.
• Willingness to travel as required.
