The Company:

Our client, a fast-growing B2C platform, is seeking a data-driven and entrepreneurial Growth Marketer (Executive / Senior Executive) to accelerate user growth and engagement in Vietnam. This is a hands-on role partnering closely with the Country Manager and regional growth team to drive both short-term performance and long-term scalable growth initiatives.

Role & Responsibilities:

Short-term growth:

• Lead full-funnel performance marketing campaigns across digital channels — from acquisition to conversion and retention.
• Optimize campaigns based on data insights to improve CAC, retention, and ROI.
• Collaborate with product and creative teams to design high-performing user journeys and conversion tactics.

Long-term growth:

• Own and drive SEO strategy, including keyword planning, backlink building, site audits, and technical optimization in partnership with the agency.
• Build sustainable organic traffic growth and enhance the platform’s visibility and ranking.

Cross-functional collaboration:

• Partner with marketing, product, and data teams to experiment, track, and scale successful growth tactics.
• Deliver actionable insights through analysis of user data, funnel performance, and market trends.

Requirements:

• 4–5+ years of experience in growth, performance, or digital marketing within large-scale B2C app/ web/ platform environments (>1M monthly active users).
• Proven track record in managing full-funnel user growth — from lead acquisition to retention.
• Solid experience in SEO technical projects, including backlinks, domain strategy, audits, and content optimization.
• Strong analytical and logical mindset with ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication skills; English proficiency required for regional collaboration.

• Start-up builder mindset — hands-on, agile, and solution-oriented.
• Experience working in tech-driven or platform-based environments.
• Self-driven and ambitious, with high ownership and minimal need for supervision.
• Passionate about creating impact and building from 0 to 1.
