About the job

The role is responsible for ensuring financial stability, reporting integrity, operational finance discipline, and sustainable funding capacity to support the Group’s strategic growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the Group’s overall finance function, including financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, treasury, and funding management.
• Ensure strong financial controls, governance, compliance, and risk management across multiple entities and markets.
• Drive cash flow optimization, liquidity planning, banking relationships, and financing activities to support business growth.
• Partner with senior leadership to provide strategic financial insights, evaluate investment opportunities, and support key business decisions.
• Oversee financial performance management, cost efficiency initiatives, and profitability analysis.
• Lead finance transformation projects, process improvements, and reporting automation initiatives.
• Manage board reporting, stakeholder communications, and the development of regional finance teams.

Requirements:

• Proven leadership experience in corporate finance, treasury, financial planning, and business partnering.
• Strong exposure to multi-entity, regional, or international business environments.
• Solid understanding of funding structures, financial governance, and performance management.
• Ability to operate strategically while maintaining strong operational and commercial finance oversight
