Duties and Responsibilities:

Establish and sustain robust strategic partnerships with key national and provincial healthcare authorities, regulatory bodies, public insurance agencies, and prominent trade associations.

Serve as a primary ambassador for the organization in high-level external forums, working groups, and policy discussions.

Drive localized stakeholder initiatives designed to elevate the company’s corporate reputation and strengthen strategic alliances.

Continuously monitor evolving healthcare, pricing, and pharmaceutical policies; evaluate potential business risks and strategic opportunities.

Translate complex regulatory developments into actionable insights and strategic recommendations for executive leadership.

Drive comprehensive market access programs, pricing strategies, and reimbursement frameworks.

Collaborate closely with institutional therapeutic committees and hospital decision-makers to secure favorable formulary listing and robust tender positioning.

Partner dynamically with Commercial, Medical, Regulatory, Legal, and Finance business units to align policy shaping with commercial objectives.

Guarantee that all external engagements and market access activities strictly mirror the highest standards of corporate governance, global anti-corruption benchmarks, and local regulatory laws.
Job Requirement:

Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, Public Health, Law, Business Administration, or a highly related discipline.

Minimum of 3–5 years of progressive experience in Government Relations, Market Access, Public Affairs, or Corporate Affairs specifically within the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector.

Deep understanding of the local pharmaceutical regulatory landscape, including national drug laws, public procurement/tender mechanisms, and healthcare reimbursement policies.

Outstanding interpersonal, negotiation, and stakeholder management capabilities; proven track record of building trust with public sector officials.

Impeccable professional integrity with practical familiarity handling rigorous global and local compliance frameworks (e.g., FCPA, anti-bribery regulations).

Professional fluency in both English and the native business language.
