Role & Responsibilities:
- Lead the overall manufacturing operations of the site, ensuring alignment with corporate strategy and long-term business objectives.
- Drive operational excellence across all functions, including production, engineering, quality, supply chain, HR, and administration.
- Develop and execute annual operating plans, budgets, and performance targets, ensuring delivery on KPIs such as quality, cost, and on-time delivery.
- Establish and continuously improve operational systems, processes, and organizational structure to enhance efficiency and scalability.
- Oversee resource planning, including workforce, capacity, and capital investment, to support business growth and customer demands.
- Build and develop a high-performing leadership team through coaching, performance management, and talent development initiatives.
- Foster a strong organizational culture, promoting company values, employee engagement, and a positive working environment.
- Collaborate closely with regional and global stakeholders to drive alignment, best practices, and business performance
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or above in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related technical fields.
- Experience: Proven leadership experience in industrial manufacturing, with strong exposure to European & Western international environments.
- Language: Fluent in English is required; Mandarin proficiency is a strong advantage.
- Proven track record in driving operational excellence, cost optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Strong leadership capability with experience in building, developing, and managing cross-functional teams.
- Strategic mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, combined with hands-on execution ability.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively across different organizational levels and cultures.
- Strong background in industrial or high-volume manufacturing, with solid end-to-end plant management experience.
