Role & Responsibilities:
An integral member of their global leadership team, this individual will have extensive leverage to establish general management capabilities within their organization as a progressive leader in a position of General Manager for their Vietnam business.
You will be responsible for:
Drive business growth of Vietnam market through further expansion and penetration in existing and prospective customers.
Responsible for formulating and implement Vietnam strategic annual market plan.
Play a key role in cross Product line/BU/Department liaison and lead multi-discipline projects to fulfill the most effective result.
Collect relevant market business information to analyze and gain insight on market trend, and cooperate with the team to improve on market competition capability.
In charge of cross-function team management and construction.
Bachelor degree or above, more than 10 years of work experience in Commercial Sales and more than 3 years in cross function team management.
Have solid experience in the formulation of business strategies, sale & marketing, channel expansions, and already have exposure in business development, operation/manufacturing, costing …other functions.,
Have experience in leading cross-department and cross-functional teams on multi-disciplined projects.
With excellent communication, influence skills and cross-culture exposure, result-oriented and aggressive.
