About the job

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the monthly financial reporting process for Asia HQ, ensuring timely delivery of comprehensive analyses across revenue, cost structure, headcount, balance sheet, and capital expenditures.
• Conduct in-depth profitability analysis by customer and product portfolio to support pricing strategies and margin optimization initiatives.
• Track and evaluate key Sales KPIs (e.g., CRM performance, new contract wins, customer satisfaction), ensuring consistent communication and alignment with Sales leadership.
• Take ownership of the annual budgeting process for all Vietnam-based entities, including multiple subsidiaries and a joint venture.
• Act as the country focal point for Risk management and reporting, ensuring compliance with internal and external requirements.
• Drive continuous improvements in data integrity, accounting practices, and revenue/cost recognition to enhance P&L transparency and forecast accuracy.
• Develop financial models to assess new business opportunities such as greenfield investments, strategic clients, and M&A activities.
• Support digital transformation by enhancing integration and data flow across core systems, increasing automation and efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years’ experience in Financial Planning & Analysis, Controlling, or Business Strategy within mid-to-large multinational organizations.
• Strong command of English;
• Prior experience in industrial or manufacturing environments within multinational companies is preferred.
• Proven leadership capabilities with experience managing and developing teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to execute complex initiatives from a strategic perspective.
• High level of ownership, proactive mindset, and strong collaboration skills.
• Comfortable working in dynamic, fast-paced, and challenging environments.
