The Company: Our client is a renowned retail brand, celebrated for its heritage and now entering a new chapter of ambitious growth across Asia Pacific.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead financial planning, forecasting, and performance management in coordination with regional and HQ teams.

• Oversee finance operations, accounting cycle, and reporting in compliance with both VAS and IFRS.

• Prepare and review statutory, regulatory, and management reports; liaise with auditors and external firms.

• Manage credit, collections, payments, and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

• Provide financial insights to support strategic decisions, while overseeing regulatory compliance and tax matters.

• Lead recruitment, HR policy implementation, employee benefits, payroll, and performance management in compliance with Vietnam labour law.

• Oversee office administration, including facilities, supplies, vendor management, procurement, and back-office efficiency.

• Coordinate training programmes and support employee development initiatives.

• Liaise with the Regional Office to implement policies, reporting, and business initiatives locally.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field; CPA/CMA certification is a plus.

• 10+ years’ experience in finance, preferably within retail or fashion, with exposure to HRGA responsibilities.

• Strong ERP knowledge (SAP, Oracle) and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

• Hands-on, detail-oriented, and highly organised with strong interpersonal and collaboration skills.

• Excellent bilingual communication skills in English and Vietnamese.
