The Company: Our client is a global leader in manufacturing and supply chain solutions, supporting leading retail and consumer brands to enhance efficiency and sustainability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead financial planning and decision-making aligned with corporate goals, including CAPEX/OPEX management, long-term forecasting, and investment prioritisation.

• Partner with cross-functional teams to embed financial insights into manufacturing, supply chain, and operational strategies.

• Enhance cost strategy and profitability through margin improvement initiatives, cost modelling, and data-driven decision support.

• Manage financial risk and controls while ensuring compliance and agility in a dynamic business environment.

• Act as a key business partner to the Plant Manager and executive team, translating complex financial data into actionable insights.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. (ACCA, CPA, CMA are plus)
• 8+ years of experience in finance/accounting, with 5+ years in a managerial role within the manufacturing sector.
• Strong financial analysis and cost control capabilities.
• Proficient in ERP systems (SAP) and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in English
