About the job
ROLE MISSION
In this role, he/she will be responsible for planning and coordinating plant budget and business activities, controlling costs, and providing support to improve site performance.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible of the preparation and analysis of the Monthly Management Closing (Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow and KPIs)
- Manage Budget and Forecast processes
- Perform variance monthly analysis of actual versus plan and prepare periodical reports to support management decisions and financial review with COO (e.g. Production efficiency, Stock control and analysis, Risk assessment, Fixed costs, Capex, Projects and initiatives)
- Responsible for providing information for the Product Costing in accordance with the Group Guidelines
- Perform Business plan to investigate new opportunities inside the business in accordance with other functions
- Act like a business partner for internal stakeholders in order to understand the strategy and suggest supporting actions to improve the plant’s cost competitiveness and agility.
- Be the Controlling reference point for HQ Team and cooperate with other plant controllers and central Team in the continuous improvement of business reporting through standardization and enhancement
- Grant alignment with corporate policies and practices, coordinating new set-up and changes in existing financial applications and processes to optimize effectiveness
- Manage industrial reporting for the Plant Management
- Work strictly with Local Administration staff and Consolidation Team
- Collaborate with External Auditors at fiscal year-end
- Participate actively in special projects collaborating with external consultants
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Management Engineering, or related fields.
- At least 3–5 years of relevant experience in a similar role within a complex manufacturing environment, preferably in multinational companies or auditing/consulting firms.
- Solid background in Controlling / Finance, particularly in operations or plant controlling.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles; familiarity with IFRS is an advantage.
- Proven experience with ERP systems, especially SAP (Material Ledger) and Hyperion.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with strong business acumen.
- Result-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills in English (both written and verbal).
