Role & Responsibilities:
Financial Leadership & Analysis

Lead the preparation and review of regional financial reports, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timely submission to corporate headquarters.

Deliver actionable business insights and forward-looking analysis to support management decision-making and regional strategic planning.

Partner closely with internal business units and functional leaders to monitor performance, identify improvement areas, and enhance profitability.

Coordinate forecasting and budgeting cycles, providing variance analysis and clear commentary on key business drivers.

Ensure all financial reporting adheres to corporate governance standards, internal policies, and local statutory regulations.
Operational & Cross-Functional Collaboration

Work closely with the Country Managing Director on monthly performance reviews, budget sessions, and governance discussions.

Support commercial and sales teams in areas such as pricing validation, credit assessment, and contract compliance.

Oversee trade documentation, logistics, and administrative operations to maintain smooth business processes and alignment with corporate standards.
Team Leadership & Compliance Management

Provide leadership, direction, and mentorship to the local finance and administrative teams to ensure high performance and professional growth.

Coordinate with external auditors and advisors to ensure compliance with tax, audit, and regulatory requirements.

Strengthen internal control systems and drive process optimization initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and risk mitigation.
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or related fields.

Minimum 10 years of professional experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial role within a multinational environment.

Strong knowledge of financial planning, analysis, and reporting processes, as well as understanding of local statutory and tax frameworks.

Experienced in using ERP or enterprise reporting systems, with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage tight deadlines, and operate effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced business environment.

Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
