Field Service Engineer (Laser)

Role & Responsibilities:

• Install and set up laser machines at customer sites.
• Find and fix mechanical, electrical, or control issues quickly.
• Do regular and emergency maintenance to keep machines running well.
• Keep clear records of service work and technical details.
• Support customers with spare parts, maintenance plans, and advice.
• Report ongoing problems and help plan service schedules.
• Work with other teams to make sure customers are satisfied.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechatronics, Electrical, Automation Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 1-3 years of experience servicing or maintaining industrial machines.
• Experience with laser machines is a plus; knowledge of CNC or automated equipment is helpful.
• Strong problem-solving skills for electrical and mechanical systems.
• Able to read basic schematics and mechanical drawings.
• Good communication in English & Vietnamese, and customer service skills.
• Comfortable using computers for reporting and documentation.
• Willing to travel locally and abroad as needed.
