1. About the Company
A multinational manufacturer specializing in electronics components for automotive applications. The Vietnam entity operates a factory of approximately 400 employees in Hai Phong, with a high level of automation (70–80%) to support global customers through advanced manufacturing processes and continuous improvement.
2. What the Job Entails

Process & Efficiency Improvement
-
Identify and implement end‑to‑end process improvements in electronics component manufacturing.

Drive OEE and downtime management activities, ensuring robust WIP management aligned with forecasts.

Equipment & Maintenance
-
Lead automation and predictive maintenance initiatives to reduce downtime.
-
Provide fast feedback loops to support continuous improvement.
-

Data Analysis
-
Assess operational processes, collect and analyze performance data.
-
Develop optimization recommendations using smart MES systems.
-

Project Management
-
Lead cross‑functional teams to deliver cost‑down and efficiency projects.
-
Ensure alignment with BU goals and integration into business processes.

Training & Development
-
Design and execute training programs on operational excellence, Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen.

Build a culture of continuous improvement.

Performance Monitoring
-
Establish KPIs and metrics to track operational excellence initiatives.

Monitor OEE and production layout efficiency.

Change Management
-
Facilitate change management processes jointly with Quality.
-
Ensure compliance while driving operational improvements.
-
3. Key Requirements
-
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering.
-
10+ years of experience managing operations in multinational or fast‑growing organizations.
-
Proven expertise in electronics components manufacturing or related industries.
-
Strong knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, Hoshin Kanri, MES automation, and continuous improvement methodologies.

Solid analytical skills for performance data assessment and optimization.
-
Experience in Industrial Engineering tasks to strengthen OEE KPIs.

Excellent leadership and communication skills to collaborate across teams and drive change.

Language skills: Vietnamese and Mandarin (spoken and written) required; English is an advantage.
