Role & Responsibilities:

The Factory Manager will be responsible to drive the operation and provide strong leadership for the local Vietnam team (including Production, QC, Planning, Maintenance, Supply chain,..)

You will be responsible for:

• Organize and plan production; plan the daily operation scheduling of factory production to ensure optimal utilization of equipment, personnel, and inventory requirements

• Get the plant capacity and people ready for future grow

• Manage employee relations

• Focus about quality, safety

• Ensure economic profit

Requirements:

• Minimum five - 10 years experience in manufacturing industry

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

• Strong management and leadership skill, leading by example

• Professional communication & presentation skills, both oral and written by Vietnamese and English.

• Mechanical engineering background

• To succeed in this role, you must have good command of English.
