The Company:

Role & Responsibilities:

Lead and manage overall factory operations, including production, planning, engineering, and supply chain activities.

Ensure achievement of production targets, delivery schedules, and quality standards in alignment with client requirements.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives in efficiency, cost control, and operational performance.

Oversee a workforce of approximately 150–200 employees, ensuring strong leadership and smooth daily operations.

Manage site-level P&L and budget planning, ensuring profitability and financial discipline.

Build and maintain effective relationships with client representatives and internal stakeholders.

Lead and develop the site management team, fostering a culture of safety, teamwork, and accountability.

Implement lean manufacturing, 5S, and process optimization programs.

Ensure full compliance with safety, environmental, and labor regulations.

Support business growth initiatives, client expansion projects, and continuous innovation at the plant level.
Requirements:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or related field.

8–12 years of experience in manufacturing operations, including at least 3 years in a factory or plant management role.

Strong leadership and people management skills with experience leading large teams.

Solid understanding of production systems, lean manufacturing, and process improvement methodologies.

Proven ability to manage operational budgets and deliver financial targets.

Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and problem-solving skills.

Fluent in English (spoken and written); additional languages are a plus.

Hands-on, result-oriented, and adaptable to a dynamic manufacturing environment.
