Electrical Manager (Industrial Infrastructure)

About the job

Our client is a leading industrial infrastructure developer currently developing a new industrial park project in Northern Vietnam. They are seeking an experienced Electrical Manager to lead the operation, maintenance, and development of the project’s power infrastructure while ensuring a safe, reliable, and uninterrupted electricity supply for industrial customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the operation and maintenance of the industrial park’s electrical infrastructure, including high-voltage substations and medium-voltage distribution systems.
• Coordinate with project, engineering, and construction teams during the design, construction, commissioning, and handover phases.
• Build and implement operating procedures, maintenance plans, and technical standards for electrical systems.
• Coordinate with utility companies and relevant authorities regarding grid connection, power supply, maintenance schedules, and regulatory compliance.
• Lead contractors and service providers in preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and system improvements.
• Support industrial tenants with power connection, metering, and technical consultation.
• Prepare technical reports, maintenance plans, budgets, and operational improvements.
• Lead, coach, and develop the electrical operations team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
• At least 5 years of experience in electrical system operation, maintenance, or power infrastructure management.
• Hands-on experience with 110kV/22kV (or equivalent) substations and distribution systems.
• Good understanding of electrical safety regulations, utility coordination, and industrial power distribution.
• Previous experience working with industrial parks, utilities, infrastructure developers, EPC contractors, or large industrial facilities is highly preferred.
• English communication skills for technical discussions and documentation.
• Strong leadership, planning, and stakeholder management skills.
