Electrical Engineer

The Company: Our client, a leading innovator in electronics industry automation, is seeking a Electrical Engineer (Bac Ninh) to design, develop, and integrate advanced robotic solutions that enhance manufacturing performance and precision.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Design and develop control systems for new projects, including control circuit design, PLC programming, and HMI screen design.
• Ensure all designs comply with Windows Forms standards and customer specifications.
• Collaborate with mechanical engineers to provide technical consultation to customers, understand their needs, and propose effective solutions.
• Prepare and maintain comprehensive technical development documents.
• Oversee commissioning, provide production support, and conduct maintenance for company projects at customer sites.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical Engineering, Control Engineering, Automation, or related fields).
• Experience: 3+ years of experience in industrial automation within the electronics industry is preferred. Experience working with or for Apple suppliers/vendors is highly preferred.
• Proficiency in Eplan design software.
• Expertise in at least one major PLC brand (e.g., Siemens, Beckhoff, etc.).
• Familiarity with industrial communication protocols such as Profinet, Modbus, and EtherCAT.
• Experience with CODESYS platform development is a plus.
• Ability to work under pressure, adapt to frequent business trips, and operate in a production line environment.
• Fluent in English, with strong skills in technical communication and documentation.
• Strong communication skills, a high sense of responsibility, self-management, problem-solving ability, willingness to take ownership, and a strong team spirit.
