About the job

The Company: Our client is a well-established leader in the Testing, Inspection, and Certification (TIC) sector, with a long-standing legacy and strong ambitions to expand its presence across the Asia Pacific region.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Draft and maintain technical documents, including inspection protocols, methods, training materials, and test papers.
• Develop and deliver technical training for internal teams and clients.
• Provide expert support to Operations, Business Development, CRM, and Project Management teams.
• Handle key client technical matters such as IFI, operation summaries, and technical discussions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical or Electronics Engineering (or related field).
• Minimum 5 – 7 years of experience in Electrical/Electronics manufacturing or inspection.
• Strong understanding of production operations, manufacturing quality systems, and EE product standards.
• Proven ability in technical training, communication, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Excellent command of English, both spoken and written.
