The Company:
Our client is a global consumer-focused company with strong international operations across multiple markets. The company is expanding its commercial presence in Vietnam and is building a local organization to accelerate growth through modern consumer channels.
As part of this expansion, the company is looking for an entrepreneurial and commercially driven E-Commerce Manager to develop and scale its online business across B2C channels.
Role & Responsibilities:

Develop and execute E-Commerce strategies to drive sustainable online sales growth across marketplace and D2C channels.

Manage and optimize official online stores across major platforms including Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, and other relevant digital channels.

Drive online business performance through assortment planning, digital merchandising, campaign execution, and commercial initiatives.

Manage product content, online visibility, pricing consistency, and marketplace compliance.

Collaborate with Marketing and Commercial teams to plan and execute online campaigns and promotional activities.

Monitor marketplace performance including traffic, conversion, sales trends, and campaign effectiveness to identify growth opportunities.

Work closely with marketplace partners and internal stakeholders to improve channel performance and consumer experience.

Coordinate inventory availability and product assortment planning to support online sales growth.

Prepare sales reports, performance analysis, and business insights for management decision-making.

Support the development of scalable E-Commerce processes within a fast-growing organization.
Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, or related fields.

Minimum 3 years of hands-on E-Commerce experience within FMCG, Consumer Healthcare, Beauty, Personal Care, or other B2C industries.

Proven experience managing Official Stores on Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, or similar marketplace platforms.

Strong understanding of B2C E-Commerce operations, marketplace growth strategies, digital campaigns, and online sales optimization.

Experience working cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, Key Account teams, and external marketplace partners.

Strong analytical capability with the ability to leverage data into commercial actions.

Good command of English communication.

Hands-on, ownership-driven, and entrepreneurial mindset with strong execution capability.
