Responsibilities:

• Mastery in technical development and garment production, with a profound comprehension of garment technicalities, manufacturing processes, and supply chain dynamics, essential for effective performance.

• Collaborate with various departments including the Technical Team, Supply Chain Management, and Factory Management, necessitating adept communication skills to engage with diverse stakeholders across different organizational levels.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Industrial Engineering.

• Minimum of 8 years of professional experience, including 4+ years in senior managerial roles within garment/apparel manufacturing.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

• Fluency in English.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, particularly advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
