Responsibilities:
Mastery in technical development and garment production, with a profound comprehension of garment technicalities, manufacturing processes, and supply chain dynamics, essential for effective performance.
Collaborate with various departments including the Technical Team, Supply Chain Management, and Factory Management, necessitating adept communication skills to engage with diverse stakeholders across different organizational levels.
Lead teams to bolster technical development in alignment with business objectives.
Actively contribute to cost management initiatives through meticulous analysis and reporting to evaluate performance metrics.
Oversee teams to support business objectives, ensuring adherence to budgets and facilitating bid and tender responses.
Efficiently manage human, material, and financial resources within the department.
Collaborate with teams to streamline processes and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).
Liaise with shared services department to enhance customer service levels and ensure adequate support.
Assist in drafting annual budget and operating plans.
Engage in continuous improvement initiatives.
Provide training and support on LEAN systems.
Interface with international staff on pertinent business matters.
Participate in regular communication and meetings beyond regular office hours.
Mobilize resources to foster talent development and retention in a conducive work environment.
Undertake other related tasks as assigned.

Revenue growth.
Cost reduction initiatives and expenditure control.
Efficiency of shared services.
Expansion and enhancement of domestic supply chain sourcing.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Industrial Engineering.
Minimum of 8 years of professional experience, including 4+ years in senior managerial roles within garment/apparel manufacturing.
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Fluency in English.
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, particularly advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
