Role & Responsibilities:
Develop and Execute Digital Marketing Strategies: Plan and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to achieve our marketing goals, including increasing brand awareness, driving website traffic, and generating leads/sales.
Content Creation and Management: Create engaging and relevant content for various digital channels, including social media, blogs, email campaigns, and website content.
Search Engine Optimization (SEO): Optimize website content and structure to improve search engine rankings and drive organic traffic. Stay updated with SEO trends and best practices.
Paid Advertising Campaigns: Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and others. Monitor budgets, ROI, and ad performance.
Social Media Management: Develop and execute social media marketing campaigns, including content creation, posting schedules, and engagement strategies. Stay current with social media trends.
Email Marketing: Create and manage email marketing campaigns, including list segmentation, A/B testing, and analyzing campaign results.
Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) using tools like Google Analytics and marketing automation platforms. Provide regular reports and insights to optimize strategies.
Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Continuously analyze website user behavior to identify areas for improvement and implement CRO strategies to increase conversion rates.
Online Reputation Management: Monitor online reviews and social media mentions, and respond to customer inquiries or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including designers, developers, and content creators, to ensure marketing initiatives align with the company's brand and objectives.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Proven experience in digital marketing with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, email marketing software, etc.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Creative thinking and the ability to stay up-to-date with industry trends.
Certifications in digital marketing (e.g., Google Ads, HubSpot) a plus.
