The Company:

Our client is an iconic regional marketing agency brand with significant ambitions to scale their presence across Asia Pacific.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Execute Digital Marketing Strategies: Plan and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to achieve our marketing goals, including increasing brand awareness, driving website traffic, and generating leads/sales.

  • Content Creation and Management: Create engaging and relevant content for various digital channels, including social media, blogs, email campaigns, and website content.

  • Search Engine Optimization (SEO): Optimize website content and structure to improve search engine rankings and drive organic traffic. Stay updated with SEO trends and best practices.

  • Paid Advertising Campaigns: Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and others. Monitor budgets, ROI, and ad performance.

  • Social Media Management: Develop and execute social media marketing campaigns, including content creation, posting schedules, and engagement strategies. Stay current with social media trends.

  • Email Marketing: Create and manage email marketing campaigns, including list segmentation, A/B testing, and analyzing campaign results.

  • Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) using tools like Google Analytics and marketing automation platforms. Provide regular reports and insights to optimize strategies.

  • Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Continuously analyze website user behavior to identify areas for improvement and implement CRO strategies to increase conversion rates.

  • Online Reputation Management: Monitor online reviews and social media mentions, and respond to customer inquiries or concerns in a timely and professional manner.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including designers, developers, and content creators, to ensure marketing initiatives align with the company's brand and objectives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

  • Proven experience in digital marketing with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.

  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, email marketing software, etc.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

  • Creative thinking and the ability to stay up-to-date with industry trends.

  • Certifications in digital marketing (e.g., Google Ads, HubSpot) a plus.
