Lead the sales targeting and funnel management process to support revenue growth, GP margin improvement, and overall sales performance. Work closely with the sales team to track KPIs, manage data, support tenders/quotations, and ensure accurate reporting for business decisions and incentive schemes.
Job Description:

Align planning, forecasting, and budgeting with business goals.

Track KPIs (growth, win/loss, sales cycle) and identify gaps.

Maintain dashboards and performance reports for BU heads.

Provide insights to improve sales efficiency and visibility.

Support tenders, projects, consignment, and placement sales.

Prepare quotations, tender documents, and coordinate order acceptance.
-
Maintain customer contracts and principal agreements.
-
Manage cost/list prices and identify GP margin improvement opportunities.
-
Conduct credit checks and ensure timely order acceptance with cross-functional teams.
-
Lead pricing strategy and ensure pricing accuracy.
-
Administer data management policies for accuracy and consistency.

Manage system databases and update pricing data.
-
Generate business reports for strategic and internal reviews.
Job Requirements:

Bachelor/Master’s degree in Business or related fields.
-
Minimum 5 years’ experience in revenue management, sales operations, marketing, or distribution (medical/pharma preferred).

Experience with commercial contracts, BI tools, and market analytics.
-
Advanced Excel skills; VBA is a plus.
