Data Intelligence Manager

The Company:

Our client, a global leader in the FMCG sector, is seeking a skilled and business-savvy Data Intelligence Manager. This role supports sales operations with data-driven insights and acts as a vital liaison across commercial, supply chain, and finance teams.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Consolidate and manage datasets from internal and external sources, including third-party partners.
• Cleanse and validate data to ensure quality, accuracy, and reliability.
• Build and maintain dashboards, visualizations, and reports to support commercial decision-making.
• Deliver timely and actionable insights for the Commercial Development and Channel teams.
• Assist with gathering market insights and contribute to new product or portfolio initiatives across the region.
• Collaborate with distributors and internal teams (Quality, Customer Care) to handle inquiries and feedback.
• Monitor order fulfilment processes and coordinate between supply chain and commercial teams.
• Track and reconcile trade spending, support payment processing in coordination with finance and distributor teams.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Data Science, or Supply Chain.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in sales support, business analytics, or commercial operations.
• Strong proficiency in Excel and Power BI; comfortable working with large datasets.
• Excellent coordination and stakeholder management skills.
• Understanding of sales processes and supply chain operations in FMCG is a plus.
• Fluent in English
