Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement comprehensive data strategies to collect, manage, and analyze data from multiple sources, ensuring data integrity and usability.

  • Develop, maintain, and enhance forecasting models to predict trends, performance, and outcomes, utilizing advanced statistical, analytical, and computational techniques.

  • Create and manage interactive dashboards and reports to visualize data insights, facilitating data-driven decision-making across the organization.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify analytical requirements, and provide support in data analysis and reporting.

  • Ensure the accuracy and consistency of data through rigorous quality control and validation processes.

  • Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in data analytics, adopting new technologies and methodologies to enhance analytical capabilities.

  • Train and mentor team members on data analytics tools and best practices, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and learning.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.

  • 4+ years of experience in a data analytics role, with a track record of driving data-driven insights and outcomes.

  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to build and organize data from multiple sources.

  • Proven experience in data processing and developing forecasting models.

  • Proficient in creating and managing dashboards.

  • Expertise in PowerBI, SQL, Python, and advanced Excel skills are mandatory.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams.
