The Company:
Our client is an international logistics and supply chain organization expanding operations in Vietnam.
Role & Responsibilities:
• Handle and track shipments including document processing, cargo monitoring, and exception handling.
• Strictly follow internal and external operational processes to minimize discrepancies and losses.
• Maintain daily communication and coordination with external parties such as shipping lines and related partners.
• Respond to inquiries from customers and relevant stakeholders in a timely and professional manner.
• Ensure accurate documentation and shipment status updates throughout the delivery lifecycle.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve operational issues and improve service efficiency.
• Support customer satisfaction initiatives by proactively identifying and addressing customer needs.
• Maintain proper records and operational documentation in compliance with company standards.
• Participate in operational meetings and perform other tasks assigned by the Country Manager.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or above in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Proficient in English and basic Chinese communication (both written and spoken).
• Strong customer service mindset with excellent communication skills.
• Good problem-solving and coordination abilities.
• Detail-oriented with strong execution capability.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and newly established business environment.
• Experience in logistics, shipping, freight forwarding, or customer service operations is preferred.
