Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Customer Service Manager to support and manage supplier engagement and onboarding activities, with a strong emphasis on traceability and sustainability within the textile and apparel supply chain. This individual will play a vital role in implementing traceability programs for global brand partners, providing hands-on training, support, and project coordination across the region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive the successful onboarding and ongoing support of suppliers and manufacturers across Vietnam and broader Asia to ensure smooth adoption of the traceability platform.
- Deliver training, guidance, and responsive assistance to stakeholders on traceability processes, tools, and best practices.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and project-related communication, ensuring timely resolution and proactive follow-up.
- Collaborate closely with global project managers and internal stakeholders to execute and monitor traceability programs with brand and retailer clients.
- Support the continuous improvement of the platform by gathering user feedback and providing structured input to internal product/IT teams.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers and partners, adapting communication styles to different cultural and professional backgrounds.
- Coordinate and manage multiple customer projects simultaneously while ensuring high service standards and adherence to deadlines.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in the textile and apparel industry, sustainability sector, or certification bodies, with a strong understanding of the end-to-end textile supply chain.
- Solid understanding of sustainability and traceability concepts in the textile manufacturing ecosystem.
- Proficiency in English and Vietnamese at native or bilingual level; additional Asian language(s) at bilingual/native level is a strong advantage.
- Travel: Domestic & international travel as required
- Experience working with fashion, luxury, or retail brands is a plus.
- Prior involvement with certification standards (e.g., GRS, RCS, RWS, OCS) and supply chain traceability processes is highly desirable.
- Customer-first mindset with excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and project management skills: ability to manage multiple priorities, prepare and lead meetings, follow through on action plans, and meet deadlines.
- Highly self-motivated with a proactive, hands-on approach and strong problem-solving skills.
- Collaborative, international team player with a passion for driving impact and results.
- Advanced user of Microsoft Office tools and proficient in data analysis.
- Demonstrated interest in sustainable textile materials (basic knowledge required; advanced knowledge is a plus)
