Job Description:
- Drive sales strategy and business growth to meet revenue, profit, and AR targets.
- Lead and support the team to ensure efficient operations and effective execution.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with partners and key customers.
- Develop and implement business plans to achieve commercial objectives.
- Oversee sales programs, promotions, and campaigns across assigned markets.
- Report on business performance and provide accurate forecasts.
- Recruit, coach, and manage team performance to ensure results.
Job Requirement:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field.
- At least 5 – 10 years of experience in team leadership, distributor management, e-commerce, or medical sales (direct/indirect).
- Strong in strategic planning, sales goal achievement, and negotiation.
- Proven skills in solution selling, sales planning, and team motivation.
- Results-driven with solid relationship-building and coaching abilities.
