With a strong commitment to innovation, ethics, and people development, the company is expanding its footprint in Vietnam and is now seeking a Country Manager to lead commercial operations, strengthen market presence, and ensure sustainable growth across the region.
2/ Role & Responsibilities

Define and execute national-level sales and marketing strategies aligned with regional goals.

Lead and develop cross-functional teams to deliver growth, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

Drive market analysis, pricing, customer segmentation, and competitor intelligence to identify business opportunities.

Establish and monitor performance targets, budgets, P&L and KPIs to ensure consistent achievement across key areas.

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.

Ensure compliance with health & safety, ethics, and corporate governance standards.

Oversee risk management in pricing, contracts, and market entry activities.
3/ Requirements

University degree in Engineering, Business, or a relevant technical discipline.

At least 10 years of experience in a commercial leadership role.

Proven track record in leading teams and building successful market strategies.

Strong commercial acumen with deep experience in B2B relationship management.

Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills.

Fluent in English and Vietnamese; other regional languages are a plus.

A collaborative mindset, high ethical standards, and a focus on continuous improvement.
