Role & Responsibilities:

Provide overall leadership and direction for the Vietnam business, ensuring alignment with regional and global strategies.

Shape the country’s commercial agenda, driving profitability, long-term market positioning, and organizational growth.

Establish strong executive relationships with strategic clients, government bodies, and industry stakeholders.

Develop visionary business plans that capture new market opportunities and strengthen competitive advantage.

Lead organizational transformation initiatives to improve operational efficiency and adapt to a rapidly evolving business environment.

Build and sustain a culture of high performance, accountability, and innovation across all teams.

Partner closely with regional leadership on cross-border initiatives, resource allocation, and strategic investments.

Foster collaboration between commercial, marketing, and operational functions to deliver business objectives.

Mentor and develop the leadership bench, ensuring succession planning and long-term organizational capability.
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field; advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) strongly preferred.

Strong general management capabilities, including P&L ownership, strategic planning, and organizational leadership.

Visionary mindset with the ability to anticipate market shifts and craft strategies for sustainable growth.

Demonstrated success in building, leading, and scaling high-performing teams in a fast-paced and competitive environment.

Outstanding leadership, people management, and stakeholder engagement skills.

Broad commercial acumen, with exposure to B2B markets, channel ecosystems, and complex deal-making.

Excellent communication skills in English; Vietnamese language proficiency is a plus.

High integrity, resilience, and the ability to lead organizational change effectively.
