Country Head

Job Description:

• Develop and implement strategies to achieve company goals, increase revenue, and enhance efficiency.
• Manage budgets to ensure operations remain within financial constraints.
• Provide leadership and mentorship, formulating performance goals to meet company standards.
• Strategize sales activities within assigned territories, identifying potential clients through market research and networking.
• Lead business development programs and identify growth and expansion tracks in Vietnam.
• Specific Tasks:
  • Manage the organizational structure to support growth in compliance with local laws.
  • Collaborate with regional stakeholders to develop business activities in Vietnam.
  • Understand deeply distributor models.
  • Develop key performance goals and manage staff performance.
  • Create and implement strategies for business growth.
  • Oversee recruitment, hiring, and training processes.
  • Ensure quality offerings to clients across departments.
  • Monitor the financial health of the business unit.

Job Requirement:

• Experience in medical devices and science industrial management is a plus.
• Bachelor of Science degree in a related field preferred.
• Understanding of process development and applicable regulatory requirements.
• Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven leadership, supervisory, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
