Costing Lead (Chinese Speaking, Long An)

The Company: An international manufacturing group with a significant presence across Vietnam.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain standard cost systems for products.
Analyze variances between actual and standard costs and report findings.
Collaborate with production and procurement departments to gather costing data.
Participate in budgeting and forecasting activities.
Improve costing processes and support financial analysis for strategic decisions.
Monitor inventory valuation and adjustments.
Prepare monthly costing reports and KPIs.
Manage and supervise the costing team.

Key Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.
Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in cost accounting, preferably in manufacturing.
Fluent in Chinese.
Proficient in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.
Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
