Continuous Improvement Manager

The Company: Our Client is an iconic Industrial brand, with long standing history and significant ambitions to scale their presence across Asia Pacific.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Develop, lead, and implement continuous improvement strategies aligned with the plant’s operational goals.

• Facilitate lean manufacturing principles such as Kaizen, 5S, Lean Six Sigma, Value Stream Mapping, and Root Cause Analysis or World Class Manufacturing (WCM).

• Partner with cross-functional teams (Production, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, etc.) to identify and eliminate waste, reduce downtime, and optimize workflow.

• Lead training and coaching programs to build continuous improvement capabilities among all levels of staff.

• Establish KPIs and monitor metrics to measure progress, assess project outcomes, and report improvements to senior leadership.

• Support change management efforts and ensure alignment with corporate policies and standards.

• Drive a culture of problem-solving and accountability across teams.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or related field.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing environments with at least 3 years focused on continuous improvement or lean management.

• Proven track record of leading process improvement initiatives with measurable results in cost reduction, quality enhancement, or productivity.

• Certified Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt or Black Belt) is preferred.

• Strong analytical and project management skills.

• Excellent communication and leadership skills; ability to influence and motivate cross-functional teams.

• English proficienc.
