Role & Responsibilities
- Own consumer growth performance across online and offline touchpoints, driving demand generation, lead conversion, and measurable business outcomes.
- Manage the end-to-end consumer journey from awareness to action by activating the right mix of platforms, content, media, e-commerce, and physical distribution touchpoints.
- Develop and optimize omnichannel initiatives, strengthening the connection between online traffic and offline conversion, including store visits, appointments, and sales outcomes.
- Build and expand e-commerce and platform partnerships, working with key online players to grow digital sell-out and improve customer experience.
- Monitor and optimize funnel performance using data, analytics, and consumer insights to identify gaps, improve conversion rates, and increase customer lifetime value.
- Manage and coordinate external partners and agencies across media, content, analytics, and performance optimization to deliver against growth objectives.
- Work closely with Sales and Distribution teams to align consumer activation initiatives with commercial priorities and sell-out performance.
- Provide structured reporting and insights to local and regional stakeholders, highlighting performance trends, opportunities, and recommended actions.
Requirements
- 4–6 years of experience in consumer growth, performance marketing, e-commerce, or omnichannel activation roles.
- Strong understanding of consumer journey management, funnel optimization, and data-driven performance tracking.
- Hands-on experience working with agencies, digital platforms, and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Commercial mindset with the ability to connect consumer activation initiatives to revenue and business growth.
- Experience in consumer durables, automotive-related industries, e-commerce platforms, or performance-driven environments is a strong advantage.
- Self-driven, analytical, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, matrix organization.
- Strong English communication skills; based in Ho Chi Minh City.
