Our client is an established property developer looking for a Construction Manager to oversee site operations for large-scale building developments.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead construction site activities from execution through completion.

• Manage contractors, consultants, and project stakeholders.

• Monitor construction quality, safety, progress, and budget compliance.

• Resolve site-related technical and operational issues.

• Report project status to senior management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in construction management within residential, commercial, mixed-use, or high-rise projects.

• Strong contractor management and site leadership capabilities.

• Experience working with international standards or foreign-invested projects is preferred.

• Good English communication skills.
