Role & Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive business growth across international and domestic B2B markets.

Identify and develop new business opportunities while strengthening relationships with existing key accounts.

Manage the full sales cycle, including customer engagement, pricing discussions, contract negotiation, and sales forecasting.

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer demand to provide commercial insights and recommendations.

Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including supply chain, operations, quality, and product development to ensure customer satisfaction and successful product delivery.

Support expansion of product portfolio by identifying market needs and commercial opportunities.

Achieve assigned sales targets and ensure sustainable profitability growth.

Prepare periodic sales reports, market updates, and business performance analysis for management review.

Participate in regional and international customer meetings, exhibitions, and business development activities when required.

Perform other tasks assigned by management.
Requirements
-
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, International Trade, Food Technology, or related disciplines.

Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B international sales, preferably within FMCG, ingredients, manufacturing, or related industries.

Strong commercial mindset with proven track record in developing export markets and managing industrial clients.

Experience working with manufacturers, distributors, or industrial customers in international markets.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Strong analytical thinking and market awareness.

Proactive, result-oriented, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.

Professional English communication skills, both written and spoken.
