Positioned within the APAC Clinical & Medical Affairs division, this role drives the safe and effective adoption of medical solutions by educating healthcare professionals across hospital, ambulance, and community settings. The position serves as a vital bridge between clinical practice and commercial execution, ensuring both internal teams and external customers are aligned with the latest clinical evidence.

Job Description:

• Deliver hands-on procedural training to customers on product usage, safety, care, and maintenance.

• Design and facilitate compliant educational activities, clinical breakout sessions, and workshops.

• Build and maintain relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and cross-functional internal teams.

• Collaborate with the sales team to elevate clinical proficiency and market awareness.

• Manage training logistics, event budgeting, and stay updated on clinical literature and industry guidelines.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a clinical field; Registered Healthcare Professional status.

• Essential background in Critical Care, Cardiology, or Interventional Cardiology.

• Demonstrated experience delivering educational presentations and using simulation/workshop methodologies.

• Strong communication, presentation, time-management, and relationship-building skills.

• High proficiency in MS Office and strict adherence to international medical regulatory standards.
