About the company: The Application Manager – Diagnostics will lead the application support strategy for diagnostic solutions in Vietnam. This leadership role focuses on managing a technical team to ensure successful product implementation, high-level customer training, and strategic sales support to drive business growth
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage and mentor a team of application specialists, fostering a high-performing culture and overseeing performance evaluations
- Oversee the development and delivery of comprehensive training programs and technical documentation for customers and internal teams
- Partner with sales teams to provide technical solutions through demonstrations and presentations, while tracking market trends and competitor activity.
- Lead application-related product installations and build professional relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and laboratory managers
- Ensure all technical activities meet quality standards and local regulatory requirements
Job Requirement:
- Degree in Biotechnology, Medical Technology, or a related field.
- At least 5 years in application support or clinical laboratory operations within the diagnostics industry.
- Strong background in molecular biology, clinical microbiology, or clinical diagnostics is highly preferred
- Full proficiency in Vietnamese and English with strong presentation and negotiation skills
- Ability to travel domestically and occasionally internationally as required.
