About the Role:
We are looking for a highly driven and entrepreneurial Clinic Manager to lead the launch and growth of a new rehabilitation clinic. This is a hands-on role that goes beyond business development—you will be instrumental in setting up the clinic from the ground up, including operations, partnerships, marketing, and patient acquisition.
Key Responsibilities:
Clinic Setup & Launch
- Lead the end-to-end setup of the clinic, including location scouting, licensing, vendor selection, and staffing.
- Collaborate with clinical advisors and founders to define service offerings, pricing models, and patient workflows.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and operational standards.
Business Development & Partnerships
- Identify and build strategic partnerships with hospitals, physicians, insurers, and corporate clients.
- Develop referral networks and community outreach programs to drive patient volume.
- Negotiate contracts and service agreements with partners and vendors.
Marketing & Brand Building
- Design and execute cost-effective marketing strategies (digital, offline, community-based).
- Organize health talks, workshops, and events to raise awareness and build trust.
- Develop patient success stories and testimonials to support brand credibility.
Sales & Revenue Growth
- Drive B2B and B2C sales efforts to meet revenue targets.
- Track KPIs, analyze performance data, and optimize strategies for growth.
- Identify new revenue streams and service innovations.
Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Management, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience:
- 5+ years in business development, preferably in healthcare, medtech, or clinic operations.
- Proven experience in launching or scaling a healthcare facility or service.
- Strong network in the local healthcare ecosystem is a major advantage.
- Skills & Attributes:
- Entrepreneurial and resourceful, with a “builder” mindset.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Fluent in Vietnamese and English.
- Comfortable working in ambiguity and making decisions with limited resources.
- Passionate about improving patient care and healthcare access.
