About the job

The Company: Our client is a global leader in industrial connectivity, networking, and data transmission solutions, providing high-performance infrastructure for mission-critical applications. Their solutions serve a wide range of industries, including manufacturing, energy, transportation, and data centers, enabling seamless and reliable communication across complex industrial environments.

To expand their presence in Vietnam, they are looking for a Chief Representative to lead business operations, drive sales growth, and strengthen relationships with key customers and partners in the region.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Market Expansion & Business Development
    • Develop and execute a strategic growth plan to expand the company’s presence in Vietnam.
    • Identify and engage with system integrators, industrial manufacturers, OEMs, data centers, and critical infrastructure clients to drive sales.
    • Lead direct sales and channel partnerships, ensuring effective distribution and market penetration.
  • Sales & Key Account Management
    • Manage and grow relationships with key customers, providing tailored solutions to meet their connectivity and networking needs.
    • Collaborate closely with partners and distributors to increase market share and revenue growth.
    • Support the sales process, from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring long-term client satisfaction.
  • Market Intelligence & Strategy Execution
    • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer demands to refine go-to-market strategies.
    • Develop and oversee pricing strategies, sales forecasts, and business plans to achieve financial targets.
    • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings to enhance market visibility.
  • Operational & Team Leadership
    • Oversee the daily operations of the Vietnam representative office, ensuring compliance with local regulations and company policies.
    • Manage cross-functional coordination with regional and global teams to align business strategies and drive operational excellence.
    • Work closely with technical and marketing teams to support product positioning and solution selling.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, Automation, or a related field.
  • Minimum 8+ years of experience in industrial networking, automation, connectivity, or data transmission solutions.
  • Strong background in sales, business development, and key account management in manufacturing, energy, data centers, or industrial infrastructure.
  • Experience working with distributors, system integrators, and OEMs in a technical sales environment.
  • Deep understanding of networking, industrial automation, and connectivity solutions.
  • Strong strategic thinking and ability to execute market expansion initiatives.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating with regional/global teams.
  • Fluent in English and Vietnamese.
