Chief Accountant (Long An)

The Company: Our client is a leading textile manufacturing in the region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review financial reports and accounting documents to ensure accuracy and compliance with legal standards.
• Supervise and manage the daily operations of the accounting department.
• Implement and improve internal control policies.
• Support audits and tax declarations.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure financial transparency.
• Train and develop accounting staff.
• Monitor and analyze accounting data and produce financial reports or statements.
• Ensure timely monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• At least 5 years of accounting experience with 2+ years in a supervisory role.
• Strong understanding of Vietnamese accounting laws and international accounting standards.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and leadership skills.
