About the job

The Company: Our client is a leading global wellness company, they are dedicated to bringing innovative fitness and health solutions to people worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review contracts to ensure financial compliance and identify key financial terms.
• Manage bank guarantees, including issuance, tracking, and reconciliation.
• Manage general accounting, account Receivable, account Payable, etc.
• Collect cost information and maintain an expenses database
• Construct data accumulation systems
• Support month end close task
• Assistant prepare balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and other reports.
• Issuing VAT invoice to clients, ensure the accuracy & timely manner of invoices issued
• Following up VAT refund and adjustment minute.
• Other task assigned by Managers.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field;
• At least 5 years of accounting work experience and 3 years at management/lead level;
• Vietnamese Certified Chief Accountant (ACCA/CPA/CIMA/CFA is a plus)
• Familiar with tax regulations and International tax regulations;
• Familiar with Office Software and accounting software (ERP) ;
• Can work independently and self-motivated and highly integrity
• Fluent in Vietnamese and English.
