The Company:
Our client is a leading international company in the packaged food industry, with strong brand recognition across Asia. As part of their strategic expansion in Southeast Asia, they are growing their commercial presence in Vietnam and are looking for a capable sales professional to drive market development.
Role & Responsibilities:

Develop and expand distribution channels across Vietnam, including supermarkets, convenience stores, distributors, and traditional trade.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners and negotiate commercial agreements.

Achieve assigned sales targets and drive revenue growth in the market.

Plan and execute trade promotions and in-store activities to increase product visibility and sell-through.

Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends to provide actionable insights.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations, product availability, and effective market execution.

Provide regular sales updates and market feedback to management.
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields.

Minimum 3 years of sales experience in FMCG or food industry.

Experience working with distributors, supermarkets, or retail channels in Vietnam.

Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
-
Fluent in Vietnamese and English; Chinese is a plus.
-
Proactive, results-oriented, and willing to travel for business when required.
