Role & Responsibilities

Develop and implement channel sales strategies to grow revenue and increase market share through distributors and partners.

Build and strengthen relationships with channel partners, ensuring alignment on sales targets, market approach, and customer engagement.

Identify, recruit, and support new partners to expand the company’s reach in key markets and industries.

Collaborate with internal sales and technical teams to help partners close key opportunities, especially in energy and power sectors.

Provide training, product updates, and marketing support to enhance partner sales capabilities.

Track partner performance, analyze sales data, and report to management on opportunities and risks.

Ensure compliance with internal policies, pricing guidelines, and quality standards.
Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or above in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.

At least 10 years of experience in B2B sales or channel sales, ideally within industrial equipment, electrical, or energy sectors.

Strong professional network and existing connections with clients in power transmission, electrical utilities, and renewable energy sectors.

Excellent relationship management, negotiation, and communication skills.

Proven ability to grow partner networks and achieve sales targets.

Proactive, analytical mindset, and adaptability to market trends.

Fluent in English.
