Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Analysis & Planning:
• Perform in-depth market and industry research to uncover growth opportunities, assess risks, and track emerging trends, including competitor analysis.
• Develop financial analyses, forecasts, and projections to support strategic decisions and optimal resource allocation.
• Design, execute, and refine strategic initiatives aimed at driving sustainable growth, expanding market presence, and aligning with the company’s long-term vision.
• Leverage internal and external data to identify patterns and deliver actionable strategic insights to senior leadership.
• Define, implement, and track Sales KPIs to evaluate performance and ensure progress against objectives.
• Review the effectiveness of current business strategies and recommend enhancements or corrective actions where necessary.
• Prepare structured business plans, reports, and presentations to clearly communicate strategies to senior management and key stakeholders.
• Stay informed on industry trends, market dynamics, and best practices to maintain competitiveness and innovation.

• Partner closely with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between departmental plans and overall corporate strategy.
• Lead and facilitate strategic workshops, planning sessions, and meetings to drive alignment and stakeholder commitment.
• Develop and present insightful dashboards, reports, and presentations for executive-level decision-making.

3. Financial & Performance Management

Job Requirements:

• Full professional proficiency in both English and Vietnamese (written and spoken).
• Strong command of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, with excellent presentation capabilities.
• Demonstrated success in developing and executing strategic initiatives.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into clear, actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of conveying complex concepts clearly.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities under tight timelines.
• Solid expertise in financial analysis, modeling, and forecasting.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions.
