About The Role: We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to drive the adoption of our advanced plastic recycling solutions across Asia. You will play a pivotal role in expanding our market presence by promoting innovative PET recycling technologies to industrial clients, government agencies, and sustainability-focused organizations.

Role & Responsibilities

• Business Growth & Strategy
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the plastic recycling sector across Southeast Asia and beyond
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders (recycling facilities, packaging manufacturers, FMCG brands)
  • Develop market entry strategies tailored to regional regulations and industry trends
• Technical Solution Selling
  • Expertly present our portfolio of mechanical and chemical recycling technologies for PET materials
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to design customized solutions for clients’ specific needs
  • Conduct product demonstrations and technical workshops for potential customers
• Project & Partnership Management
  • Lead negotiations and close commercial agreements
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to contract execution
  • Serve as liaison between clients and European technical teams
• Market Intelligence
  • Monitor competitive landscape and emerging recycling technologies
  • Provide insights on regional sustainability policies and circular economy initiatives

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Process Engineering, or a relevant technical discipline.
• Experience: 6+ years in B2B sales/business development, preferably in:
  • Industrial equipment sales
  • Environmental technology solutions
  • Plastic recycling industry
  • Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
• Technical Knowledge:
  • Understanding of PET recycling processes (washing lines, pelletizing, chemical depolymerization)
  • Familiarity with the circular economy principle
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships.
  • Fluent in English and Vietnamese, both written and verbal.
