Role & Responsibilities:

Identify, evaluate, and develop new business opportunities in VN markets.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, key accounts, and distribution partners.

Understand market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to create effective sales strategies.

Lead negotiations on contracts, pricing, and commercial terms with customers.
-
Coordinate with internal teams (R&D, Production, Customer Service) to ensure smooth project delivery and client satisfaction.

Prepare regular sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and business development updates for leadership.

Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry networking events.
Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.

Minimum 5–7 years of experience in B2B business development or sales, preferably in packaging, plastic, or FMCG sectors.

Proven track record of acquiring new business and achieving revenue growth targets.
-
Strong commercial acumen, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
-
Able to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Proficiency in English

Willingness to travel domestically for business development purposes.
