Role & Responsibilities:
- Identify and evaluate new business opportunities in the offshore and onshore energy sector, including potential partnerships, collaborations, investments, and acquisitions.
- Conduct comprehensive market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including industry partners, government agencies, clients, and potential investors.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop strategic business plans that align with the company’s growth objectives.
- Lead the development and implementation of innovative business strategies to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
- Negotiate and finalize business agreements, contracts, and partnerships while ensuring favorable terms for the company.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to internal and external stakeholders to communicate business strategies, progress, and potential opportunities.
- Monitor industry developments, regulatory changes, and technological advancements that could impact the company’s business prospects.
- Forecast, track, and report on business development metrics, identifying areas for improvement and adjustment.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- years of proven experience in business development within the offshore and onshore energy sector.
- In-depth knowledge of the energy industry, including relevant technologies, market dynamics, and competitive landscape.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex market data and trends.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Proven track record of successfully identifying and executing business opportunities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
- Willingness to travel as required.
