With a strong international presence and a mission to enable digital transformation in industrial environments, the company is expanding its footprint and looking for a Business Development Manager to drive market growth in Vietnam
2. Role & Responsibilities

Develop and execute business development strategies for Industrial IoT (IIoT) solutions across target industries.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities, building a strong pipeline of clients and partners.

Build and maintain relationships with key accounts, industry stakeholders, and decision-makers.

Work closely with technical and product teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs.

Drive revenue growth by promoting the company’s solutions for automation, power distribution, and energy management.

Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and align sales strategies.

Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and customer meetings.
3. Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related fields.

Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Automation, Power, or Energy industries, with strong exposure to IIoT or industrial networking solutions.

Proven track record in business development, sales, or key account management.

Excellent communication and presentation skills in both Vietnamese and English.

Entrepreneurial mindset, self-driven, and result-oriented.

Willingness to travel as required for client engagement and business expansion.
